The package

Distribution - we have main outlets for distribution in each area which ensures virtually ALL new parents receive a copy of Small Steps - a big draw for advertisers. We organise distribution and deliver the magazines to these outlets. We also give you magazines to place in your area – the more people that see Small Steps the more successful you will be.

Advertisers - all your revenue will come from LOCAL advertisers or sponsors who often don't have the opportunity to advertise in any other specialist local quality publication. You will find they become loyal customers who want to advertise with you each year.

Our sales pack will give you:

• Local publicity material and rate sheets to give to potential advertisers.
• A suitable quantity of successful magazines in similar areas to illustrate what you will be producing.
• Sales leads that we know will work in your area and will ensure you target all your main advertisers

Design - If you want to, you can earn more by taking responsibility for producing Small Steps in your area. The beauty of our magazine it that it is an extremely simple design on quality paper which makes it look very prestigious but it is very easy to produce.

Our Design package includes:

• Templates for pages and adverts which are easy to copy
• A data base of standard editorials which you can use
• Telephone support for your first magazine
• How to present your finished magazine to the printer

 

Printing - We will take responsibility for dealing with the printer and handling all printing costs so you don't have to worry about this financial outlay or any problems that may arise.

Commission Rates : We have a sliding scale of commission which takes into account the amount of work you want to put in. The more pages you sell in your area the higher the percentage of the total revenue you will earn. And you can earn more by taking on the Design work. But if your time is limited there is no pressure to do more than you can.

Most importantly you will be very much a part of our team and you won't feel isolated working from home. The end result – a Small Steps in your area - will be a joint venture involving experts in a variety of fields, but primarily it will be the result of your efforts and something you can be exceptionally proud of.
